- We design and promote projects that accompany and support people with disabilities so that each of them can achieve their own life project.

- We support entities and actions of entities in the Pla de l'Estany, through support, the transfer of spaces and aid to improve social inclusion in our territory.
- We carry out participatory studies and research in relation to young people in Pla de l'Estany, to have evidence of their reality and design action strategies.
- We promote research and knowledge-building in the field of intellectual disability in Catalonia, with the aim of influencing political decision-making and raising public awareness about the rights of people with disabilities.

Granés Fundació is an organisation that works on and takes part in projects aimed at supporting and including people with disabilities, as well as in training and research for young people, with the goal of helping each individual achieve their own life project.
The Foundation, based in the Pla de l’Estany region, positions itself as a second-line actor, aligning with, supporting, and promoting initiatives in the fields of youth support, assistance to organisations and individuals, training and research, and awareness-raising and advocacy. We work to generate medium- and long-term impact in improving the life projects of people with disabilities and young people.
