On October 1, 2024, representatives from nine social organizations, mostly from the Girona regions, met with Gimentors to learn firsthand about the social project of
the platform.
The meeting was attended by Cesc Gálvez and Grau Agustí, promoters of the Gimentors project, and the other organizations that will be involved in the project: Oncolliga, Altem, Astrid 21, (FEM) Fundació Esclerosi Múltiple, Ponte en marxa, Granés Fundació, Gicor, Vimar and Multicapacitats.
From December 18 until next June, Gimentors will host a total of eleven presentations at the Girona Auditorium, featuring prominent mentors from across Spain. Ten percent of the total global proceeds will be allocated to the nine aforementioned social organizations.
In the presentation, Cesc Gálvez emphasized: “the need to give back to society a part of the work done,” just as he highlighted: “the importance for Gimentors of having such relevant and prominent organizations by its side in their social work.”
For his part, Grau Agustí also wanted to make clear the project’s aim: “to engage with these social realities, which make the merging of the two parties an absolutely distinctive factor.”
